I hereby agree to following terms concerning the breeding of the two dogs listed below:

The Dam Owner will deliver or send the Dam to Olive Hill Kennels and will leave the Dam in our care at the boarding rate of $10 a day, for no longer than 3 weeks, or after a sufficient amount of confirmed breeding, after which the rate is $22 a day.

A successful litter is defined as 2 or more pups born alive for at least 3 days. The Dam owner will pay an $1500 stud fee or the Stud OHK owner will take pick of the litter. In the event that the Dam only whelps 1 pup there will be no fee.

*Please notify us immediately once the Dam delivers her pups.

In addition: ______For $2,000 you can bring your pregnant female up to a week before her due date to whelp the puppies at Olive Hill Kennels. We will accomplish dew claw removal, breed specific tail docking, and worming at 3 - 5 days old. You will pick up your female and litter at 3 weeks old. If we choose pick of the litter for stud fee, we will receive pup at 8 weeks old with current vaccines and proof of record.

                    ______If you would like any help selling your pups we will purchase 8-10 week old pups that have had a health check and are current on shots, worming, dew claw removal, breed appropriate tail docking for $300 each, or a 11+ week old pups for $100- each with same stipulations as stated above.
